How do you save your game in Spare Parts for xbox 360?

We downloaded Spare Parts from xbox live and played through several levels, but when we came back we had to start all over again. We can’t figure out how to save at all. Help! This is so frustrating!!

if it’s a trial then you can’t save.i never played this game so maybe try the start button maybe there is a save option
